TEACHER’S ROLE IN DEVELOPING TOLERANT COMMUNICATION OF ADOLESCENT STUDENTS IN RELATION TO VARIOUS REFERENCE GROUPS

Подростковый возраст имеет большое значение в воспитании толерантности,поскольку именно в подростковом периоде происходит активное формирование идентичности и становление личности. Цель статьи – изучение социальныхдистанций учеников и педагогов по отношению к разным референтным группам,а также, изучение того, насколько отношение педагога влияет на социальнуюдистанцию учеников и их коммуникацию в отношении различных референтныхгрупп.Проведено исследование социальной дистанции проживающих в Тбилиси 528подростков 13-18 лет и их 72 педагогов, а также их отношение к представителямразличных референтных групп в разные возрастные периоды.В результате исследования установлено, что подростки разного возраста имеютразличную социальную дистанцию по отношению к референтным группам; в процессе коммуникации у подростков разного возраста толерантность проявляетсяпо-разному; педагоги оказывают влияние на активное формирование поведенияученика и создание мотивационно-ценностной жизненной платформы. Школа,семья и общество играют важную роль в содействии миролюбивому общениюподростков. Проведённое исследование указывает на возможность предотвращения проявления агрессивности и насилия подростков с помощью опосредованных диалогических и рефлексивных методик.
