Одиночество и особенности его переживания в период реабилитации у пациентов с диагнозом «шизофрения»

Данная статья посвящена изучению особенностей переживания одиночества у больных шизофренией, проходящих реабилитацию в психоневрологическом диспансере (ПНД), и их связей с такими клинико-психологическими характеристиками как личностная тревожность, социальная тревога, особенности межличностных отношений и самооценка. В исследовании приняли участие 70 респондентов старше 18 лет: 30 пациентов ПНД (средний возраст 38±13,49), посещающие психиатрический дневной стационар, и 40 условно здоровых респондентов (средний возраст – 38±14,04). Методы исследования: клинико-психологическое интервью, Дифференциальный опросник переживания одиночества (Е. Н. Осин, Д. А. Леонтьев), Шкала оценки уровня личностной тревожности Спилбергера-Ханина, Опросник социальной тревоги и социофобии, методика «Субъективная оценка межличностных отношений», Опросник измерения самооценки (Б. Уайнхолд). Методы обработки данных: контент-анализ, критерий U-Манна-Уитни, корреляционный анализ. Результаты исследования отражают особенности переживания одиночества больными шизофренией: они чаще задумываются об одиночестве, чем переживают его; чаще ориентируются на внешние факторы, чем на собственные переживания; склонны избегать ситуаций уединения. У них более выражено актуальное переживание одиночества. Были обнаружены связи с исследуемыми клинико-психологическими характеристиками. Эти связи также присутствуют в изучаемой выборке в целом.
