Abstract

Sleep disorders in children, including infants, worsen the health of not only the child, but also reduce the quality of life of the family as a whole. It is important to understand the prerequisites for the development of insomnia for effective prevention and treatment of sleep disorders. The article discusses the relationship between the quality of a child’s sleep and the emotional and behavioral characteristics of child-maternal interaction. It was revealed that the features of child sleep disorders have numerous connections with the emotional state and behavior of the mother, emotional distance, rejection of oneself as a parent, lack of independence of the mother, difficulties in understanding and perceiving the state of the child, as well as influencing him.
